A three piece cutlery set that includes a knife, fork, spoon and matching leather case. The leather case has a loop on the back for easy attachment to a belt. They are great for historical reenactment or Larping because of their compact size and easy to carry case.

This set has amazing black horn handles with brass fittings. The black horn handles may have some natural white stripes. These item are stainless steel and are made for use. My daughter and I use them when reenacting.

The knife is very sharp, so be cautious the first time you use it. Because the handles are a natural material I recommend washing them by hand.

Measurements:
Spoon- Length = 18 cm, Bowl width 3.5 cm, Weight = 77g
Fork - Length = 20 cm, Weight = 64 g
Knife - Length = 19 cm, Weight = 69g

The technique of attaching wooden handles with rivets (shown in the picture above) can be found in this example from the Victoria and Albert Museum. http://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O110617/knife-unknown/

Similar two-pronged forks are found in museum collections world wide. Here is a fancy model from the Rijksmuseum:

A variety of knife and fork shapes can be seen in this image from the MET museum.
